HWBC is a leading independent Irish commercial property agency and consultancy.   We are seeking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to join our Property Management team.

We manage a mixed commercial real estate portfolio located nationwide but concentrated in Dublin.  We act for leading national and international property owners and investors.  Our portfolio of assets under management currently totals approximately 5.0m sq. ft. with a capital value of approximately €2.0Bn.   Our business is growing and we are seeking to recruit to meet this demand.

Applicants should have;

• Ideally, 3 years+ property management experience,
• Knowledge and experience of managing office, retail and other commercial use properties. Residential multi-unit development property management experienced will be considered,
• Good Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly Excel,
• Sound interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively,
• Strong attention to detail, report writing and presentation,
• Ability to interpret and apply commercial leases,
• Experience of managing health & safety and fire risk audits and demonstrating initiative to introduce and develop ESG measures for managed properties,
• Organisational skills and disciplined to work autonomously on their portfolio.
