Stillorgan Village opened in 1966 as Ireland’s first shopping centre. It celebrated it’s 50th Anniversary in 2016. Since opening, the centre has been the heart of Stillorgan Village and its community serving the shopping and leisure needs of generations young and old.

The Centre comprises an open mall with covered walkways in a square layout adjacent to a surface car park. Stillorgan Village is recognised as one of the most successful shopping centres in the country. Our client, Kennedy Wilson, acquired the centre in 2013 as part of the Opera Portfolio of previous Treasury Holdings assets. HWBC managed the asset for Treasury Holdings and was retained by Kennedy Wilson on its acquisition. Since its acquisition, the new owner has been busy repositioning the Centre in a changing retail environment through active tenant management, development and a programme of aesthetic improvements which will deliver a modern, stylish Village Centre for generations to come!

In line with Government advice and for the benefit of everyone, HWBC's Harcourt Street offices are closed until further notice. We remain fully operational remotely and you should continue to contact us in the normal way. Contact details for all staff can be found by clicking on the link below, stay safe.
