HWBC – COVID 19

In light of the ongoing measures to protect public health and the declaration of the COVID-19 crisis as a pandemic, I wanted to update you with the HWBC position.

‘German fund acquires D4 office block for €19.6m’

German fund Quadoro Doric have acquired Three Haddington Buildings on Percy Place, Dublin 4.Patrick Campion of HWBC and Domhnaill O’Sullivan of Savills acted on behalf of the vendor Deutsche Bank, while Jonathan Hillyer of Cushman & Wakefield acted for the purchaser.For more on this see here.

Our portfolio of assets under management currently totals approximately 4.5m sq. ft. with a capital value of approximately €1.6bn. Our business continues to grow and we are seeking to recruit to meet this growth.
