Fixed Charge Receivership

Since our inception we have been active in the provision of fixed charge receivership services by Chartered Surveying firms In Ireland. We have been appointed receivers / asset managers on a range of asset classes from residential investments & apartment blocks, commercial & mixed use investments, retail parks, shopping centres, land; including unfinished housing schemes and non-trading licensed premises. We have acted for a wide range of financial institutions including Nama, Bank of Scotland Ireland (Ireland), AIB Nama, AIB, Bank of Ireland, Danske Bank, IBRC, KBC, Start Mortgages and First Trust.

Our current work primarily comprises dealing with commercial investments assets and development land. Over the last 24 months we have worked closely with design teams in preparing masterplans and securing planning permission for both residential schemes and infrastructural projects. We are currently working on the delivery of c. 1,500 residential units across various locations throughout the greater Dublin area.
