Paul Scannell, Director, launches the HWBC Office Market Review 2016 and Outlook 2017

The always well-received HWBC Office Market report was launched this week (07 February 2017). The Report highlights the continued rental growth in 2016 and forecasts its trend for 2017 while assessing the possible impact of Brexit and the Trump election on the Office Market here. While enquiries for new office space by companies considering relocation is expected to accelerate in 2017, the shortage of residential accommodation was flagged as a possible risk to this growing opportunity.
