HWBC Advises AEW City Retail Fund on first Irish acquisition

HWBC were pleased to advise AEW City Retail Fund on it’s first Irish acquisition.

AEW has acquired a 958 m² prime high street retail asset for c. €20m. Located at 42-43 Henry the property is fully let to the Arcadia Group Ltd, trading as Evans. Nearby retailers include Zara, H&M and M&S.
