Childers Road Retail Park, Limerick on the market at €44M Guide Price

Joint agents HWBC and DTZ Sherry Fitzgerald are bringing Childers Road Retail Park in Limerick to the market. Childers Road is the dominant park in the region with occupiers including Dunnes Stores, Next, Burton, Smyths Toys, Boots and Heatons. The guide price of €44M reflects an income yield of 7% which is highly attractive given the quality of the retail park and the security of the income.    For more on this  story see here.

HWBC Predict Dublin Office Rents to Soar

HWBC Agrees Letting of Park House, Blackpool Retail Park, Cork to Teamwork.com

HWBC along with joint agents DTZ Sherry Fitzgerald have agreed a new lease for three floors of offices at Park House in Blackpool Retail Park, Cork to Teamwork.com on behalf of the Landlord.  The letting comprises 1,480 sq m (15,940 sq ft) of office space on a new 10 year lease at a rent of €161.45 per sq m (€15 per sq ft).  Park House was recently refurbished to include air conditioning, suspended ceilings, raised access floors and fully fitted WCs and tea stations on each level.  For more on this story see here.   .

HWBC annouce the availability of new grade a offices to the market at spencer dock

HWBC Advise Madison International Realty, buy share in St. Stephen’s Green Shopping Centre

HWBC advised their client Madison International Realty on their purchase of a minority interest in St. Stephen’s Green Shopping Centre.  The New York company has acquired a 35.4% stake in the shopping centre for approx. €60 Million.  The centre is located in a prime retail location at the foot of Grafton St and is one of the most exciting retail opportunities in Ireland’s core market especially given the upswing in retail sentiment which is set to grow further in the short term.  For more on this story see here.

HWBC advise New Ireland’s asset managers on the purchase of The Anchorage Building, D. 2

HWBC advised State Street, asset managers to New Ireland Assurance on their purchase of The Anchorage, an office building in Sir John Rogerson’s Quay for €26m.  The high spec Grade A Office building measured 26,600 sq ft and is multi-let to tenants including Bloomberg, D’Amico & Walkers producing €1.25 M pa.  For more on this story see here.
