‘German fund acquires D4 office block for €19.6m’

German fund Quadoro Doric have acquired Three Haddington Buildings on Percy Place, Dublin 4. Patrick Campion of HWBC and Domhnaill O’Sullivan of Savills acted on behalf of the vendor Deutsche Bank, while Jonathan Hillyer of Cushman & Wakefield acted for the purchaser. For more on this see here.
