NEW TENANTS AT THE BLANCHARDSTOWN CENTRE

Ireland’s largest shopping destination, The Blanchardstown Centre has secured three new occupiers.
International kids wear retailer Pumpkin Patch has opened their first ever Irish outlet. It extends to 300 sq m and is located on Level Two opposite Zara and Debenhams Department Store. Founded in New Zealand in 1990 they are a dynamic children’s fashion brand with over 200 stores and operations in 14 countries including Australia, USA and the UK.
Build a Bear Workshop are also open and trading in a 150 sq m unit in the Central Area of Level One. They are the leading and only global company that offers an interactive ‘make your own’ stuffed animal retail entertainment experience. Founded in the USA in 1997 there are now more than 400 stores worldwide. This is only their second ever Irish outlet and they are also located in Dundrum.
Wagamama the pan Asian restaurant operator has just opened in a new high profile external location in Retail Park 2. The unit which extends to 360 sq m adjoins Captain Americas and Starbucks and is opposite the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Wagamama have 90 outlets worldwide and the new Blanchardstown unit is only their third in Ireland.
The new openings are the latest in a number of new lettings at Blanchardstown where Republic, Captain Americas, Auntie Annes and 3 Mobile have all opened for business in 2010. Earlier this year Top Shop also took additional space when they extended into the adjoining Principles unit.
