Jonathan started his career in the UK gaining experience across multiple disciplines including property management and asset management culminating in a position with Baring Houston & Saunders (now ING Real Estate) as a property fund manager where he worked on various property portfolios including Rolls Royce and Xerox Pension Funds.
He has 10 years experience working in Ireland and prior to joining HWBC in 2007 was with the Dublin office of Colliers International. Jonathan has been involved in a number of large investment transactions, representing clients such as Alanis, GLL Real Estate, CFI, and Markland Holdings, as well a long list of large private clients both on the sales and acquisition side both domestically and overseas. He acted for GLL Real Estate on the acquisition last year of the flagship AIB premises on Grafton Street.
Jonathan graduated from South Bank University (London) in 1994 with a BSc Estate Management (Hons) degree and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in November 1995.
