O’Brien’s Fine Wines & Spirits are set to open their thirtieth store at The Blanchardstown Centre, Ireland largest shopping and leisure destination. CBS OUTDOOR ACQUIRES PENTHOUSE SPACE IN DUBLIN 2

CBS has acquired 331 square meters at penthouse level within 25/28 Adelaide Road, Dublin 2. The firm joins other tenants such Marsh, Brown Brothers Harriman and Lone Star Funds. INDIAN EDUCATION GROUP TO OPEN COLLEGE IN PORTOBELLO

One of India’s largest educational institutions, the Rayat Bahra Group, is to set up a new third and fourth level college at Portobello in Dublin 2. The group has leased Harbour House, a purpose built third level educational block on the Grand Canal which was previously occupied by Portobello College.

NEW HWBC & ALLSOP FIXED CHARGE RECEIVERSHIP JOINT VENTURE

BOOTS AND COSTA COFFEE TO OPEN IN LIMERICK RETAIL PARK

Boots the Chemist are to open before Christmas at Childers Retail Park in Limerick. The new unit extends to 959 sq m and will be one of their largest stores in Ireland where Boots operates 55 outlets and employ 1700 people. Boots will be paying a rent in the order of €250,000 per annum.

The new openings are the latest in a number of new lettings at Blanchardstown where Republic, Captain Americas, Auntie Annes and 3 Mobile have all opened for business in 2010. Earlier this year Top Shop also took additional space when they extended into the adjoining Principles unit.
