CBS OUTDOOR ACQUIRES PENTHOUSE SPACE IN DUBLIN 2

CBS has acquired 331 square meters at penthouse level within 25/28 Adelaide Road, Dublin 2. The firm joins other tenants such Marsh, Brown Brothers Harriman and Lone Star Funds.

The deal secured the firm new fully fitted accommodation, which has stunning views over the City, the Dublin Mountains and the Grand Canal.

CBS Outdoor is a leading global outdoor player and operates across Europe, China and America employing 3000 people worldwide. They are part of the US based CBS Corporation one of the largest mass media organisations in the world with interests ranging from TV and radio stations to publishing.
